An Indescribable Free Gift (First Draft)
Marabous
kites, eagles, and falcons
old and new world vultures
kettle our glorious
groaning sphere
probed
by all moaning
divided nations
pierced:
"those who turn away from following Jehovah
And who do not seek Jehovah or inquire of him.”
Told:
"Be silent before the Sovereign Lord Jehovah,
for the Day of Jehovah is near." Zeph. 1:6, 7.
as committees convene
grounded or resting in trees
eager to feed
on grand carcasses to soon appear.
"Jehovah has prepared a sacrifice;
he has sanctified those he invited.
“On the day of Jehovah’s sacrifice I will call to account the princes,
The sons of the king,
and all those wearing foreign clothing.
I will call to account everyone who climbs onto the platform
on that day,
Those who fill their master’s house with violence and deception.
On that day,” declares Jehovah,
“There will be the sound of an outcry from the Fish Gate,
A wailing from the second quarter of the city,
And a loud crash from the hills...
At that time I will carefully search Jerusalem with lamps,
And I will call to account the complacent ones,
who say in their heart,
‘Jehovah will not do good, and he will not do bad.’"
until speared
these weak, cowardly or of wicked hearts
profusely bleeding
or already bled.
Symbolically dead.
"Their wealth will be plundered and their houses will be devastated.
They will build houses, but they will not occupy them;
And they will plant vineyards, but they will not drink wine from them."
Because cries of meek ones rise above our physical heavens
over imperfect heads
heard sad, sincere, clear:
Does everyone have to die?
mankind's ultimate question.
Answered from righteous skies
before these scavenger birds
hungry
wake
yet ready to fly to a feast magnificently international in scope
provided for them to generously partake:
"The great day of Jehovah is near!
It is near and it is approaching very quickly!
The sound of the day of Jehovah is bitter.
There a warrior cries out.
That day is a day of fury,
A day of distress and anguish,
A day of storm and desolation,
A day of darkness and gloom,
A day of clouds and thick gloom,
A day of the horn and of the battle cry,
Against the fortified cities and against the high corner towers.
I will cause distress to mankind,
And they will walk like blind men,
Because it is against Jehovah they have sinned.
Their blood will be poured out like dust,
And their flesh like the dung.
Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them in the day of Jehovah’s fury;
For by the fire of his zeal the whole earth will be consumed,
Because he will make an extermination, indeed a terrible one, of all the inhabitants of the earth.”" Zeph. 1:14-18.
Yes, "Then the kings of the earth, the high officials, the military commanders, the rich, the strong, every slave, and every free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.
And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne
and from the wrath of the Lamb,
because the great day of their wrath has come,
and who is able to stand?”" Rev. 6:15-17.
For, "A noise will resound to the ends of the earth,
For Jehovah has a controversy with the nations.
He will personally pass judgment on all humans.
And he will put the wicked to the sword,’ declares Jehovah.
This is what Jehovah of armies says:
‘Look! A calamity is spreading from nation to nation,
And a great tempest will be unleashed from the remotest parts of the earth.
“‘And those slain by Jehovah in that day
will be from one end of the earth clear to the other end of the earth.
They will not be mourned,
nor will they be gathered up or buried.
They will become like manure on the surface of the ground.’"
That is why these ones will quake
as a loud cry from an angel standing in the sun is made "to all the birds that fly in midheaven:
“Come here, be gathered together to the great evening meal of God,
so that you may eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of military commanders and the flesh of strong men
and the flesh of horses and of those seated on them,
and the flesh of all, of freemen as well as of slaves and of small ones and great.”
Congregating now globally scavengers in wait to fulfill:
"And all the birds were filled with their flesh." Rev. 19:21.
Whereas, a "great crowd" of others will be surely blessed.
Because, "In this mountain he will do away with the shroud that is enveloping all the peoples
And the covering that is woven over all the nations.
He will swallow up death forever,
And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.
The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth,
For Jehovah himself has spoken it." Isaiah 25:7, 8.
"For only the upright will reside in the earth,
And the blameless will remain in it." Proverbs 2:21.
"That is why,
just as through one man sin
entered into the world
and death through sin,
and so death spread to all men
because they had all sinned". Romans 5:12.
"For just as in Adam all are dying,
so also in the Christ all will be made alive." 1 Cor. 15:22.
"To what end?
So that just as sin ruled as king with death,
so also undeserved kindness might rule as king
through righteousness leading to everlasting life
through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:21.
"For the wages sin pays is death,
but the gift God gives is everlasting life
by Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23.
"Thanks be to God for his indescribable free gift." 2 Cor. 9:15

A group of vultures is called a kettle, committee or wake.[2] The term kettle refers to vultures in flight, while committee refers to vultures resting on the ground or in trees.[2] Wake is reserved for a group of vultures that are feeding.[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulture

Christ died once for all time for sins, a righteous person for unrighteous ones.—1 Pet. 3:18.
Because of inherited sin, we are all facing the death penalty. (Rom. 5:12) Lovingly, Jehovah arranged for Jesus to come to the earth and “taste death for everyone.” (Heb. 2:9) Not only did Jehovah save our present life but he laid the basis for wiping out the cause of death forever. (Isa. 25:7, 8; 1 Cor. 15:22, 26) All who exercise faith in Jesus will receive everlasting life in peace and happiness as earthly subjects of God’s Kingdom by Christ or, for the anointed, as corulers in that Kingdom. (Rom. 6:23; Rev. 5:9, 10) What other blessings are included in this gift from Jehovah? Jehovah’s gift includes the curing of all our sicknesses, the transformation of our earth into a paradise, and the resurrection of the dead. (Isa. 33:24; 35:5, 6; John 5:28, 29) We surely love Jehovah and his dear Son for giving us what is an “indescribable free gift.”—2 Cor. 9:15. w16.01 2:5, 6
